Pricing questions
What is a Program?
A Program is your coaching organization in CoachBoost, for example a high school girls basketball program or a club. It holds your teams, staff, standards, drills and practice library. One subscription covers the whole Program and up to three active teams inside it.
How does the free trial work?
Every new Program gets one 15-day free trial with full access, starting when the Program is created. You don't need to enter a card to start. To keep going after 15 days, subscribe monthly or yearly from Subscription & Billing in the app.
What happens if the trial ends and I don't subscribe?
Your Program becomes read-only. Your schedule, plans, player history and messages stay available to view, but creating and editing content is paused until a subscription is active. Subscribe any time to pick up where you left off.
Do players and parents pay?
No. Only the Program's subscription is billed. Players, assistant coaches, staff and families join free.
How do I cancel or change my plan?
Open Subscription & Billing in the app and choose Manage Billing. If you cancel, your subscription stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for and does not renew.
What if a payment fails?
Your Program keeps full access for a 14-day grace period while you update your payment method in Manage Billing.
Can I hand my Program to another coach?
Yes. Program ownership can be transferred to another coach on your staff. If you're paying for the Program, your subscription is set to end at the close of the period you've paid for, the Program keeps access through that date, and the new owner sets up their own billing.
Do you offer pricing for athletic departments or clubs with more teams?
Each Program covers up to three active teams. A department or club with more teams can run more than one Program, each with its own subscription. Email support@getcoachboost.com if you'd like help setting that up.
